Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Refunds

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, items that have been used (e.g. facial devices that have made contact with skin) cannot be returned unless faulty.
